**2. Services Offered** Aaratus provides gaming server rental services on a monthly and yearly basis, as well as server setup solutions. These services are collectively referred to as "Services."

**3. Payments and Billing** - Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our Services, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions. - Aaratus does not store any credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

**4. Cancellation and Refunds** - Customers can cancel their server rental at any time before the renewal cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. - No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle if you cancel during that cycle, however, the server will remain live and fully functional until the end of your current billing period.

**5. Termination of Services** - If you do not renew your server rental within 48 hours after the expiration date, your server will be terminated, and all data may be permanently deleted.

**6. Content and Usage** - You are solely responsible for any content uploaded or transmitted through our servers. - You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or harmful activities. - Aaratus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Services if you violate these terms.

**7. Privacy** - Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

**8. Intellectual Property** - All content provided on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aaratus and is protected by intellectual property laws.

**9. Liability** - Aaratus is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our Services. - We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our servers, all servers are hosted on AWS. For any outages we will compenstate the lost time.

**10. Governing Law** These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, United States.
